3 eggs

8cl semi-skimmed milk

6cl olive oil

90g Maizena

90g rice flour

75g dehydrated vegetables

11g baking powder (gluten-free)

80g grated cheese

2 teaspoons Paprika

Salt and pepper

100g philadelphia-type spread cheese

Preheat the oven to 165oC
Mix the powders: Maizena, rice flour, baking powder, paprika, salt and pepper
Add eggs, milk and olive oil, mix
Add grated cheese
Cut vegetables into very small pieces
Add them to the dough
Grease the mould and lid
Fill the mould
Bake for 25 minutes at 165 degrees C
Meanwhile, whip the cream cheese
Arrange cubes with whipped cheese and grated vegetables.
