110 gr flour

2 eggs

10 cl milk

7gr of baking powder

70gr of chopped green olives

55 gr of grated Gruyere

1.5 teaspoon of olive oil,


Preheat oven to 165 ° C pour flour and yeast into a bowl. Form a well in the center of the salad bowl and add the eggs one by one and the milk. Mix well. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Add oil, grated cheese and green olives to the bowl. Pepper and mix everything. Pour the mixture into the well-greased Pixmould and bake for 25 minutes
