  • 2 eggs
  • 90g sugar powder - > ⅓ cup
  • 180g neutral oil (rapeseed, sunflower,...) - > de cup
  • 80g whole liquid cream - > cups
  • A beautiful pinch of salt
  • 210g flour - > 1 cup + ½ cup
  • 7g chemical yeast



Whisk the eggs with sugar, add the oil, cream and salt, then add the flour and yeast without working the dough too hard.

Fill each cavity of the Pixmoule in the pens (2nd demarcation) and bake for 25 minutes at 160 ° C.
