  • 2 eggs
  • 90g caster sugar -> ⅓ cup
  • 180g neutral oil (rapeseed, sunflower,...) -> ¾ cup
  • 80g cream -> ¼ cup
  • A nice pinch of salt
  • 210g flour -> 1 cup + ½ cup
  • 7g of baking powder

 


Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the oil, the cream and the salt and then stir in the flour and the yeast without over-working the dough.

Fill each cavity of the Pixmoule ¾ (2nd boundary) and bake for 25 minutes at 160°c.
